  Mohanlal was re-elected as Amma's president unopposed Actor Mohanlal was re-elected unopposed as the president of the star organization 'Amma'. Mohanlal is becoming the president for the third time. The election will take place after Edavela Babu steps down from the post of secretary. Mohanlal was of the view that he was not interested in continuing in the position of president as Edavela Babu was leaving. But Mohanlal agreed to continue as president for one more term due to the insistence of other officials. At the same time, Edavela Babu responded that people with new ideas should come to the post of General Secretary instead of him. ' I have to change, it's time for new people. When I change, people with new ideas will naturally come,' said Edavela Babu.
