Actor Mohanlal was re-elected unopposed as the president of the star organization 'Amma'. Mohanlal is becoming the president for the third time.

The election will take place after Edavela Babu steps down from the post of secretary. Mohanlal was of the view that he was not interested in continuing in the position of president as Edavela Babu was leaving.
